Hello Dearies ♥

Pan Mee is undoubtedly

one of the most famous Malaysian dishes.

The noodles are made from a combination of flour, water and eggs.

Who doesn't like Pan Mee?

It's one of my favourite dish.

Anyone?

Noodle Shack @ IPC Shopping Centre

You can see lots of recycle hand made deco

in Noodle Shack.

If you see exercise book on the table,

it's actually their menu!

Look at the menu design, it's exactly like those exercise book

we frequently used at primary school.

So creative isn't?

Now look at the inside of the menu.

So colourful and wow with doodle some more.

Food pictures printed on the menu, so you'll know what you order.

Let's see

what they have?

传统面粉糕

TRADITIONAL HAND TORN NOODLE

My very first bowl of Noodle Shack Pan Mee.

When it comes to Pan Mee, I always go for the “Traditional” version.

Don't forget the traditional.

I like how the texture of the Pan Mee which is very smooth

and slightly chewy at the same time.

The broth is made using anchovies as the base so

 it’s light yet flavourful.

Enjoy while it's hot.

自制芫茜面粉糕

CORIANDER HAND TORN NOODLE

 Coriander lover?

It's a must order for coriander lover.

Aromatic Coriander and hand torn noodle what a perfect combination.

Hand torn noodle has better bite than that

made by a machine.

The broth is delightful and as aromatic as it can possibly be!

They actually blend the coriander juice and mix it to the dough to form green noodle.

No worries it's not colouring.

Comfort food in a bowl.

a bowl of green tea broth.

Any "Lei Cha" lover?

Did you try Lei Cha in Noodle form before?

Haven't? Now you can have it at Noodle Shack.

The noodle came nicely presented.

Served with peanuts, tofu, and lots of vegetable.

Pour the bowl of green tea broth into the noodle plate and enjoy!

I'm surprised that it tastes so good as in rice form.

传统板面条

TRADITIONAL FLAT NOODLE DRY

Not fancy of Traditional soup version?

This dry version is slicked in soy sauce.

Topped with mince chicken, fungus, mushroom, "fuzok" and crunchy fried anchovies.

Comes with another bowl of soup.

Mix them all, and you'll get a deeply savory mouthful that

works well with the thick noodle.

窝蛋参巴虾米板面条

SAMBAL SHRIMPS & HALF BOILED EGG FLAT NOODLE

For those who love all things spicy, try this!

Flavourful springy noodles, creaminess of the egg and not forgetting

the right amount of sambal shrimp further elevates the dish.

One of my favourite.

The sambal not terribly spicy no worries.

Do mix the sambal well before eating for a well-balanced taste.

Served with a small bowl of soup to curb the spiciness.

Give everything a good stir and enjoy!

手打鲛鱼丸汤

HOME MADE MACKEREL FISH BALL SOUP

The home made fish ball were fresh and springy.

You can actually taste the difference between home made fish balls

and commercially-prepared fish balls.

It's more dense but at the same time bouncy in texture

and strong fish taste.
