Let me introduce their best sellers!

Traditional Flat Noodle Dry

Dry Pan Mee served with Fried Anchovies, Mushrooms,

Black Fungus, Fried Bean Curd Sheets and Minced Chicken, sprinkled with Spring Onion.

The Dry Pan Mee comes with a bowl of anchovies based soup.

Rich in taste and smooth in texture.

I love the texture of their noodles, firm, springy and chewy to the bite!

And it tastes just right with a QQ texture!

The crisp and crunch of the bean curd sheets and anchovies add a hint of some savoriness.

Let the egg yolk flow into the noodle and mix the Sambal together with the noodles.

Enjoy the noodles with the creamy texture of the flowing egg

and a hint of spiciness of the Sambal!

Definitely a MUST-TRY!

Have you tried "Lei Cha" in noodle form?

The term "Lei Cha" means specifically a thick green herbal soup made by the Hakkas.

Nowadays, "Lei Cha" has expanded to mean the entire meal which is eaten with the soup.

In Noodle Shack, they serve "Lei Cha" in noodle form loaded with vegetables!

Served with Peanuts, Tofu, French Beans, Sesame Seeds, Spring Onions, Sayur Manis and Chye Poh.

It comes with a separate tea soup.

It was my first time eating "Lei Cha" in noodle form. Worth trying out!

The noodles is further augmented with the peanuts and vegetables for some bite sensation.

Pour the tea soup over the noodles and mix together for deliciously wholesome noodle bowl.
