First, before you grill, oil the hot plate with lard so that the meat would not stick on it when you grill.

Then, pour the clear chicken broth at the side of the hot plate for boiling. 

After grilling and boiling, remember to taste the soup as well as it becomes more flavorsome 

with the aromatic flavors from the grilled meats and boiled vegetables.

Mix the special vegetarian based sauce, chilies, garlic and 

add some lime juice in it to taste more appetizing!

The taste of the sauce is perfectly complemented by the meat,
