- comes from the Black Berkshire pig.

- Known as the highest quality pork in the world.

Kurobuta pork is basically the Waygu of the pork world. 

Due to it's rich marbling, tenderness, and flavor,

 it's often called the "Kobe beef of pork."

Remember to mix the lime sauce together,

it give the barbecue sauce a fruity brightness without leaving a heavy feeling.

Let's Begin!

 First, use the lard to grease the hot pan 

before placing anything for grilling.

Many people don't know what's this used for.

So that the meat won't stick on the hot pan 

when you grill.

Next,

pour the clear broth at the side of the hot pan 

for boiling. 

Do opt for more Cabbage for sweetness of soup.

It's refillable as well.

Wait... Don't start grilling first!

Start with the soup first.

Put the cabbage and vegetable at the side of the hot pan 

for sweetness of soup.

Now you can start grilling.

P.S:

Taste the soup after grilling and boiling as it becomes more flavorsome.
